- Built the Python pipeline that runs two Shorts channels end to end - ideation, rendering, upload and scheduling - so publishing happens without me in the loop.
- Wrote a Go CLI on top of it that tracks analytics and flags performance changes automatically, and iterate on format and hooks against what it reports.
- Over 2 billion views and 100K+ subscribers across the two channels.
- Co-invented the Eco-Sorter, U.S. Patent No. 12,275,582.
- Owned the product from CAD prototype through a 5,000-unit manufacturing run and launch on Etsy and 1thinggreen.com.
- Automated the commercial insights deck, turning hand-pulled reports into one live view of sales and performance for the business team.
- Built Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable automations for the finance team, saving team hours of manual work per week.
- Automated safety reporting across four manufacturing plants and built a company-wide searchable data catalog.
- Taught Python, C#, Unity, and HTML/CSS/JS, with one-on-one code reviews and debugging.
